I make a yearly family photo album and this one is beautiful. However, the one thing I tried new was the layflat pages. They did not turn out as I expected. They show a sort of double image of a photo that's on the line of the page. With that I would of given less stars, but that's not due to the quality of the album.

When using groupon voucher, the price of the book increases more than the original. It makes no sense and Shutterfly was not open to assisting me. I've used them so many times and am disappointed with the current quality of customer service.
