I was nervous to order since there had been an issue with the printing of the princess graphics mentioned but we just got back from our all things princesses disney trip so this style was the perfect design for us. I took a chance based on the successful printing review and it turned out perfect!

Adorable! - Border issue fixed

I was really nervous to order this book based on the previous review. We just went to Disney World and my 3 year old is obsessed with the princesses, so I took the risk anyway. It turned out amazing! The cover looks great and the amount of embellishment options and backgrounds made for a fun book!

Cover Page Issue

I am on my fourth reprint of this book and no solution is being provided by Shutterfly. The front page sticker as shown in by Shutterfly does not print correctly and has a white border all over. After two reprints,I was told to pick another front page cover as it is a design to press issue and the tech team doesn't have a timeline to fix it. For the record, I am choosing cover pages from their own design ideas so I am not recreating the wheel. I picked another cover and same exact issue. The white box around the princesses covers the main photo. Just absolutely ridiculous and time consuming. Not to mention that actual advance support from Shutterfly is impossible to contact.
